Complaints

If we haven't resolved a concern, follow the complaint steps below and we'll acknowledge it within two business days. You may also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov/complaint or your state's financial regulator.

How to file a complaint

  1. Contact Loanify support and mention "Complaint" in your message.
  2. Include your name, the email used on your application or loan, and a description of the issue.
  3. Tell us what outcome you're looking for.
  4. Attach any relevant documents or screenshots. Never send your full SSN or bank password.
