“Transmission went out on a Tuesday. I checked my rate on my lunch break, signed that night and had the money Thursday morning. The payment is clear and I set up autopay right away.”

Recent Loanify borrower feedback
We publish positive, mixed and critical feedback. Names are shortened and details lightly edited for privacy. Loan amounts and terms shown are what each borrower chose.
“I had three store and credit cards between 27% and 29%. The Loanify loan came in lower and, more importantly, I know the exact month I'll be done. That alone took a weight off.”
“Verification took an extra day because my pay stub photos were blurry. Support explained exactly what they needed. Once that was fixed it was quick.”
“Needed a deposit and first month's rent for a new place closer to work. I liked that I could see the total cost before agreeing to anything.”
“Had to fly home for my dad's surgery. It was a small amount and I didn't want a payday loan. The APR was higher because my credit isn't great, but it was fair and I paid it off early with no penalty.”
“Water heater died in January. The process was straightforward. I'd love a slightly longer term option for my amount, but the payment works.”
“First loan I've had since a rough couple of years. Small amount, paid on time, and my score has moved up. I'd use Loanify again.”
“The loan itself was fine and funds came next day. I was offered less than I asked for at first, which was frustrating, though it did keep my payment manageable.”
“Short gap between jobs. I borrowed just enough for the electric bill and car payment. Everything was spelled out, no surprises.”
What we heard, and what we changed
Reading every piece of feedback is part of how the Loanify team works. Three themes come up most often:
Speed. Most borrowers highlight next-business-day funding. When delays happen, they're almost always during verification. We've since added clearer upload guidance and example photos of acceptable documents.
Transparency. Borrowers consistently mention seeing the total cost before signing. That's deliberate and it's required by law, but we also show it in dollars, not only percentages.
Offered amount. Some first-time borrowers are offered less than they requested. This is based on affordability rules designed to keep payments manageable. On-time repayment can make larger amounts available later.
Negative reviews are useful data. When borrowers tell us something was confusing, it usually means the explanation needs work, and that's something we can fix quickly.Lending tip from the Loanify Editorial Team
